Take a Minute — Est. 2026

Our Story

Take a Minute was created from the belief that self-care shouldn't feel like another task on your to-do list.

In today's busy world, it's easy to lose sight of yourself. Whether you're navigating burnout, adjusting to life after becoming a parent, caring for others, or simply juggling the demands of everyday life, finding time for your own wellbeing can feel impossible.

I created Take a Minute to make reflection and self-care feel more accessible and manageable. The idea is simple: meaningful change doesn't require hours of your time. Sometimes all it takes is a minute.

Each journal is thoughtfully designed to fit into real life, with gentle prompts and intentional spaces that encourage you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself - one minute at a time.

Because everyone deserves a moment for themselves.

Making a Difference

At Take A Minute, we believe wellbeing should be accessible to everyone.

That's why 5% of every sale is donated to Time for Health, supporting programmes that help individuals access wellbeing resources, mental health support, and opportunities to reconnect with themselves and their communities.

Every journal purchased becomes part of something bigger - a simple act of self-care that helps extend care to others.

One minute for yourself. A lasting difference for someone else.
